Standard is included. Matching hangers, bins, dividers, labels — enough to leave the closet consistent and done. We handle that shopping; it's already in your price. Most people stop here.

Custom is whatever you want. A specific, finished look — uniform hangers, matching boxed bins, drawer systems — at any budget you set. Products billed at cost plus a 15% sourcing fee, and nothing's bought until you approve the list and the spend.

What is a closet reset?

A reset is in-home work. We take the closet apart, rebuild it by category, style your go-to looks, and pull the pieces you're done with so they go back to work instead of sitting there.

What areas do you serve?

The Charlotte, North Carolina metro. Outside it, ask and we'll see what we can do, or join the waitlist.

What are the packages?

Three. The Edit (one closet), The Reset (full closet, most booked), and The Whole Wardrobe (multi-room). Pick the one that matches the space on the booking form.

What happens to the clothes I don't keep?

Your call, one of three lanes: consign them and get paid when they sell, take store credit, or take a clean donation write-off. Nothing gets thrown out and nothing leaves without your say.

Do you buy my clothes outright for cash?

No. Resale-grade pieces are consigned, so you earn when they sell, or moved to store credit. Everything else becomes a documented donation. It's a circulation model, not a pawn.

How do I book and what's the deposit?

Pick a package on the booking form and put down the deposit to hold your date. The deposit applies to your total and the balance is due when the work is done. Reschedule up to 48 hours ahead, no charge.
