Get Rewardrobed · Charlotte

Professional closet organizing in Charlotte, NC

Get Rewardrobed is an in-home closet organizing service for Charlotte and its south suburbs. We empty the closet, rebuild it as a system you can keep, and consign the pieces you edit out. Packages from $195.

What a professional organizer does here

We are a closet organizing service, not a closet builder. We do not install anything and we do not sell you a design. We work with the closet you have, take every piece out of it, and put back only what earns its place, arranged by category and by how you get dressed.

Jasmine founded Get Rewardrobed on one rule: every piece gets one decision. Keep it, consign it, or let it go as a documented donation. Most closets we open have not been decided on in years, which is why they feel full and still have nothing to wear.

Packages and prices

Every package is a flat price for the scope, not an hourly rate, and the price on this page is the price on the menu. The Reset is the package most clients book because it is the one that changes how a closet works. The Edit is for one space that needs a fast sort, and The Whole Wardrobe is for a move, a downsizing or a home where more than one closet is in play.

The Edit
The quick win

One closet or space, fast. We decide what stays, put it back so you can finally see what you own, pull the resale-ready pieces into Rewardrobed, and take the rest for donation.

Where we work

We book online across the Charlotte metro, and we have written a page for each of the suburbs where we work most. Each one covers the closets that are typical there, which package fits them and how scheduling works.

How a reset goes

  1. Book and hold your date. Pick a package on the menu and place the deposit. It applies to your total, and you can reschedule up to 48 hours ahead at no charge.
  2. Everything out and sorted. We take the closet apart and sort it with you against one simple rule. You make every keep-or-go decision, and we make them fast.
  3. Rebuilt and styled. The closet goes back together by category and use, with a few go-to outfits set so the first morning after is easy.
  4. Put back to work. Resale-grade pieces are pulled to consign or take as credit. The rest leaves as a documented donation with a receipt for your taxes.

What happens to the pieces you edit out

This is what makes us different from every other organizer in Charlotte. The pieces you edit out are consigned at Rewardrobed, our own one-of-one resale shop. You are paid when they sell, or you take instant store credit. Everything that is not resale-grade is documented as a donation for your tax receipt. Nothing is thrown out, and nothing leaves your home without your say.

The short answers

What is a closet reset?

A reset is in-home work. We take the closet apart, rebuild it by category, style your go-to looks, and pull the pieces you are done with so they go back to work instead of sitting there.

How much does a closet organizer cost in Charlotte?

With us, $195 for a single closet (The Edit), $425 for a full closet rebuilt as a system (The Reset), and from $850 for a whole wardrobe across rooms. Those are flat package prices, with a 5 percent platform fee added at checkout. Our cost guide walks through what each price includes.

How long does a reset take?

The Edit runs under 2 hours. The Reset is a half day (4 hours). The Whole Wardrobe is a full day plus, scoped before you book.

Do I need to buy bins or supplies before you come?

No. Basic organizing supplies are included in The Edit and The Reset: matching hangers, dividers and labels, enough to leave the closet consistent and done. If you want a specific finished look, we source it at cost plus a 15 percent fee, and nothing is bought until you approve the list.

What areas do you serve?

The Charlotte metro, booked online by ZIP. We have pages for Ballantyne, Matthews, Weddington, Waxhaw and Marvin. Outside the metro, join the waitlist on the menu and we will reach out if we can cover your area.

What happens to the clothes I don’t keep?

Your call, one of three lanes: consign them and get paid when they sell, take store credit, or take a clean donation write-off. Nothing gets thrown out and nothing leaves without your say.

Do you pay cash for my clothes?

No. Resale-grade pieces are consigned, so you earn when they sell, or you can take instant store credit. Everything else becomes a documented donation. It is a circulation model, not a buyout.

How do I book and what is the deposit?

Pick a package on the menu and put down the deposit to hold your date: $50 for The Edit, $100 for The Reset, $150 for The Whole Wardrobe. The deposit applies to your total and the balance is due when the work is done. Reschedule up to 48 hours ahead, no charge.
